Are you an organised and friendly individual with a passion for healthcare? Medics at Craigieburn is looking for a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our professional and welcoming team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy, well-established medical practice that values patient care and team support.
About the Role:
You will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting and assisting patients with a warm and professional manner
• Scheduling appointments and managing patient bookings
• Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
• Managing patient records and processing Medicare claims
• Supporting doctors and staff with daily administrative tasks
• Ensuring the reception area is clean and well-organised
